Located on the stunning Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, just an hour from Dubai, this island network is built on reclaimed land, offering a unique getaway.
Wynn’s CEO confirmed that the casino will be even larger than Wynn Las Vegas, and it’s expected to be the first integrated gaming resort in the MENA region. The team includes former Atlantis Dubai director Tom Roelens as COO, with Max Tappeiner as President.

Beyond its gaming offerings, Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature a state-of-the-art theater, daily light and laser shows, a top-tier spa, and luxury shopping. While specific dining partners have yet to be announced, the resort is expected to offer 22 dining and lounge experiences, potentially including renowned names like Mizumi and Wing Lei.
As anticipation builds, Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to become a landmark destination, blending unparalleled luxury with groundbreaking gaming and entertainment experiences in the UAE.
The resort will feature 1,542 rooms, 22 villas, dining, shopping, spas, and a 300-meter tower, all for a cool USD3.9 billion.
