Meraas, the Dubai Holding Real Estate company, has awarded a Dh340 million contract to Al Sahel Contracting Company to construct additional Riwa apartments at Madinat Jumeirah Living. The expected completion date is by the end of Q3 2027.

The development consists of three 10-story apartment buildings comprising 244 luxury apartments, ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments, and a four-bedroom penthouse. It will add to the growing number of homes in one of Dubai's oldest neighborhoods.

Riwa will present sleek, modern designs with polished facades that will blend well into the community's signature modern-heritage architecture. Bright, open interiors, quality finishes, and a well-planned layout are part of the homes that also align with Meraas's vision for high-end city living.

The contract overshadows the relationship between Meraas and Al Sahel Contracting over a period of time. Al Sahel Contracting is nearing completion of the fifth phase of Madinat Jumeirah Living after having successfully completed the first four phases of it.
