Octa Properties and renowned designer Elie Saab have announced La Mer by Elie Saab, a luxurious beachfront project on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, developed by ARTE Developments.

This signature development features three interconnected towers with a total of 355 residences ranging from one-bedroom apartments to expansive villas and penthouses up to 14,484 sq ft. Construction began in Q3 2024 with an expected completion in Q1 2028.
