Two of the most expensive residences on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah have been sold for a total of Dh180 million. The properties known as The Celest and The Stellar are part of The Luxe Developers' Dh1.5 billion Oceano luxury development. Both sky villas were sold off-plan for Dh90 million each.

The Celest spans 22,000 square feet with seven bedrooms while The Stellar covers 21,000 square feet with six bedrooms. Both properties offer direct beach access and are located just minutes from the multi-billion-dollar Wynn resort.
