AGI Palace Group in partnership with prime developer Palace Group has announced that Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) will design its inaugural project, The Cliffs situated along the Dubai Water Canal. KPF is renowned for its innovative designs in major global cities including Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, Zayed International Airport Terminal A in Abu Dhabi, Rosewood Hong Kong, and One Vanderbilt in New York.

AGI Palace Group aims to deliver an iconic masterpiece that adds sophistication to the Dubai real estate market. Located in the Jumeirah area on the south side of the Dubai Water Canal, The Cliffs will leave a lasting mark on Dubai's skyline.

Spanning 185,339 sq ft, the ultra-luxury residences are estimated to have an economic value of $1.1 billion. The project will feature a state-of-the-art wellness club and landscaped gardens, elevating the standard of living. Its design concept revolves around a sculptural, cliff-like terraced silhouette inspired by the rock formations found throughout the Emirates, promoting a harmonious blend of wellness and luxury living with nature and water.
