Shamal Holding has revealed plans to launch the UAE’s first Baccarat Hotel in Downtown Dubai. The 145-key property with views of the Burj Khalifa takes design inspiration from Baccarat's crystal heritage, featuring a striking glass facade.

Abdulla Binhabtoor, CEO of Shamal Holding, highlighted the brand’s 250-year legacy of luxury and craftsmanship, stating the project will elevate ultra-luxury experiences in Dubai.

The hotel will offer a range of rooms and suites while the residences will feature two-to-four-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Developed in partnership with H&H Development and SH Hotels & Resorts with design by Studio Libeskind and interiors by 1508 London, the hotel is expected to set a new standard in luxury hospitality.
