Dubai developer Nakheel has partnered with six top architecture firms, including WATG, SAOTA, NAGA Architects, and LW Design Group, to create 10 exclusive beachfront villas on Palm Jebel Ali. These ultra-luxury homes, part of The Beach Collection, range from 7,300 to 8,500 square feet and feature five to six bedrooms. The villas will showcase distinct styles, with WATG presenting minimal, elegant, and dynamic designs, while SAOTA draws inspiration from Dubai’s blend of ocean and desert landscapes. The project forms part of the larger Palm Jebel Ali development, spanning 13.4 kilometers and adding over 90 kilometers of coastline with 16 new fronds.

Aligned with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan and Economic Agenda D33, Palm Jebel Ali highlights smart city technologies, sustainable practices, and pedestrian-friendly infrastructure. Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, is renowned for iconic projects like Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Islands, which house nearly 740,000 residents. This latest initiative further cements Dubai's position as a global hub for luxury real estate, catering to the growing demand for premium waterfront properties.
