Nakheel has awarded a contract of AED 1.8 billion ($490 million) to ALEC Engineering & Contracting for the construction of Como Residences on Palm Jumeirah. The 75-storey tower, 300 meters tall will feature 81 exclusive residences and is set for completion by Q2 2028.
