Dubai will launch the 'Ideal Face' initiative starting November 1, rewarding long-term residents and Emirati sponsors with a clean residency record over the past decade. Announced by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), this program recognizes exemplary compliance with UAE residency regulations.

Benefits include priority access to the Amer Call Centre, expedited services at Amer Centres, a digital 'Ideal Face' certificate and home service for senior citizens. These privileges apply to individuals only, not organizations.

To qualify, applicants must be UAE citizens or foreign residents and have lived in Dubai for at least ten years, sponsored individuals without residency violations during that time and maintain a clean residency record this year.

GDRFA aims to enhance social security and compliance with residency laws through this initiative. Lt-Gen Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri emphasized its alignment with the UAE's vision for a safe and sustainable community, promoting positive behavior among residents.
