Dubai will host the World Realty Congress & Awards 2024 from December 9-13, bringing together global leaders in real estate, PropTech, development and sustainability. Supported by nine international industry associations, it will be the largest event of its kind in the region. The congress will focus on how the real estate sector can support the UAE’s Vision 2033 which emphasizes innovation, sustainability and economic growth.

Discussions will cover smart cities, energy efficiency, investment strategies and PropTech innovations with sustainability at the core of the event. The congress will explore how real estate practices can align with the UAE’s commitment to environmental responsibility. It will conclude with an Awards Gala on December 13, recognizing leaders and innovators in the industry.
