Expo City Dubai has launched phase two of its Sidr Residences apartment development following the success of the first phase. The new phase features 455 one- to four-bedroom apartments, lofts and townhouses, priced from AED 1.88 million ($512,000). Located near the Expo Downtown district, just a five-minute walk from Al Wasl Plaza, the units offer stunning views of Terra. Construction is progressing with the first homes expected to be ready for occupancy by Q4 2027.

The development is part of the broader Expo City Dubai project which continues to generate strong interest from investors and homebuyers. Expo City Dubai is also expanding with new residential and commercial projects underway including the Sky Residences, a three-tower development that will offer more living spaces in the Expo Fields district. The Sky Residences are set for handover in Q4 2026.
