Dubai South continues to rise as a prime investment destination with the launch of Expo City Dubai’s latest off-plan project, the Al Waha Collection. Featuring 280 one- and two-bedroom apartments and lofts, these homes repurpose Expo 2020’s country pavilions into stylish, sustainable residences.
Prices start at Dh1.71 million for one-bedroom units and Dh3.97 million for two-bedroom lofts, with handovers set for late 2026. Investors can also purchase entire buildings of 10-12 units.
