Eric Trump, son of former U.S. President Donald Trump, has praised Dubai as a top destination for real estate developers calling it a ‘’developer's paradise’’. His comments follow the announcement of two major projects in the Arabian Gulf.

Trump highlighted Dubai's potential for pushing development boundaries noting that it's the place to build iconic and ambitious projects. Their latest project in partnership with Dar Global is a Trump Tower in Dubai that will feature a members-only club, hotel and residences.
Trump also announced plans for a $500 million golf resort in Oman and another high-rise in Dubai, further solidifying the brand's presence in the region.

He further praised Dubai's infrastructure, security and appeal to both tourists and high-net-worth individuals. He emphasized that the city's bold projects would be unimaginable in other parts of the world which positions Dubai as a hub for the incredible development.
