Dubai's newest architectural marvel, the Muraba Veil is set to redefine urban aesthetics with its impressive height of 380 meters and a unique design that's just one apartment wide. Developed by the award-winning RCR Arquitectes, this 73-storey tower will feature 131 apartments offering breathtaking views from both sides.

Muraba Veil is located along Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai Canal, the Muraba Veil spans only 22.5 meters in width, presenting a striking silhouette against the skyline. The design includes a stainless steel "veil" that enhances its sleek, contemporary appearance while the apartments are inspired by traditional Arab houses.

The building also features luxurious amenities including a spa, fine dining restaurant, art gallery, private cinema and padel court. Ibrahim Al Ghurair, managing director of Muraba, emphasizes that this project is not just about aesthetics but aims to reflect the UAE’s cultural heritage and provide a tranquil living environment.

The Muraba Veil represents the fifth collaboration between Muraba and RCR Arquitectes underscoring their commitment to harmonizing architecture with nature. Apartment prices begin at Dh18 million, making it a premium offering in Dubai's competitive real estate market.
