Dubai South Properties has awarded Al Turath Al Aseel Contracting a AED150 million ($40.84 million) contract for the South Living Tower, a luxury apartment project in the Residential District of Dubai South.

Launched in June, this high-demand project will feature 209 spacious units, including studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments, and is set for completion by Q1 2027. The development will offer a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, sauna, kids’ library, yoga deck, BBQ area, and landscaped gardens.

Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, highlighted the growing demand for spacious apartments in Dubai South, driven by new infrastructure developments like the upcoming passenger terminals at Al Maktoum International Airport. He expressed confidence that Al Turath Al Aseel's expertise will help realize the project, enhancing Dubai South’s appeal and supporting the goal of attracting one million residents to the area.

The Residential District of Dubai South is continually expanding its amenities, including parks, sports courts, retail outlets, a hypermarket, and a public transportation link to Expo Metro station. The area is already home to over 25,000 residents, with further enhancements like a new school set to open soon.
