The Dubai real estate market recorded AED13.55bn ($3.7bn) in transactions last week with sales making up the majority at AED10bn ($2.7bn), according to the Land Department. A total of 3,110 sales transactions were completed between November 25 and 29.

A luxury apartment in AVA at Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED78.6m ($21.4m)
Two offices in Enara by Omniyat, sold for AED75m ($20.4m) and AED62.8m ($17.1m), respectively.
Additionally, mortgage deals totaled AED2.9bn ($790m) while gift transactions amounted to AED597m ($162.5m).
