It’s time to lace up those sneakers! The Dubai Fitness Challenge is back for its 8th edition, running from October 26 to November 24. This 30-day event encourages everyone in Dubai to commit to 30 minutes of exercise daily. Check out the DP World Kite Beach Fitness Village, or explore the new RTA Al Warqa’a Park and Zabeel Park villages, offering fun activities for all ages.
Key Events to Look Forward To:
October 27: Plus500 City Half Marathon Enjoy a half marathon at Gate Village, DIFC, with 5km and 10km routes available.
November 2: Dubai Stand-Up Paddle Join a mass stand-up paddle session at Hatta Dam, suitable for all levels, plus new kayaking options.
November 3: Dubai Women’s Run Participate in this empowering event featuring 3km, 5km, and 10km routes around Al Forsan Park at Expo City.
November 9: Aura Skypool Triathlon Experience a triathlon at the stunning Aura Skypool, featuring a 3km row, 3km cycle, and a 250m swim.
November 10: Dubai Ride Join the annual ride, now in its fifth year, with scenic routes and the exciting new Dubai Ride Speed Laps for advanced cyclists.
November 15-16: The Sparkle Race Take part in a unique cycling challenge at Al Qudra, with options for a 50km race or a 24-hour, 500km ride.
November 16: The Music Run Enjoy a fun-filled 5km run at Meydan Racecourse, complete with a soundtrack and live DJ post-run party.
November 24: Dubai Run This immensely popular challenge takes runners through the heart of Dubai, with two routes of 5km and 10km alongside iconic landmarks.

Community fitness hubs will be dotted across the city for the 30×30 challenge, bringing free, daily activities to residents at Bluewaters, DIFC, DMCC (JLT), City Walk, Dubai Digital Park, Expo City, and Zabeel Ladies Club, with more locations yet to be announced.
