Dubai's fully electric air taxis by Joby Aviation will take off in the first quarter of 2026, according to RTA's Khaled Al Awadhi.

Air Taxis are designed to carry a pilot and four passengers at speeds of 320 km/h and will offer quick, safe travel across the city with trips from Dubai International Airport to Palm Jumeirah taking just 10-12 minutes, compared to 45 minutes by car.
