Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding’s renowned real estate division, is taking bold steps to transform Palm Jebel Ali. An AED 810 million contract was awarded to Jan De Nul Dredging LTD for major marine works. This international leader will handle everything from dredging to land reclamation and beach profiling, directly preparing the island for stunning villa developments.

Things are moving fast! The first eight fronds of Palm Jebel Ali are on track to be ready by early 2025, setting the stage for villa infrastructure and civil works. On top of that, Nakheel has started building a new public access road connecting the island to Sheikh Zayed Road, making the area more accessible for future residents.

Palm Jebel Ali, personally presented by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's key project under the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 is set to become a vibrant hub of luxury living. The project aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, ensuring Palm Jebel Ali will not only offer a luxurious waterfront lifestyle but also set new standards in sustainability.
