Since the introduction of the Armani Residences in 2010, Dubai has become a global hub for branded living. The number of millionaires in Dubai has surged by 78% in the past decade with increase in demand for luxury properties.

A growing trend among buyers to use these homes as primary or vacation homes has been noted, resulting in limited supply. According to Knight Frank, 69% of global high-net-worth individuals express interest in branded properties.
As property values rise 21.3% over the past year with villas seeing a 24.3% increase. Buyers are not only looking for space but a complete lifestyle experience. High-end amenities and personalized services including concierge support and access to hotel facilities, make branded residences particularly appealing for buyers desiring convenience and luxury.
