Dubai’s Burj Azizi, set to become the world’s second-tallest tower at 725 meters, will go on sale on February 19 in Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Mumbai, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo, developer Azizi Developments announced. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 131+ storey skyscraper will feature residential units, a 7-star hotel, retail spaces, and entertainment venues, with completion expected by 2028.

The luxury project boasts several record-breaking features, including the highest hotel lobby (Level 111), highest nightclub (Level 126), highest restaurant (Level 122), and highest hotel room (Level 118). A museum at the top will showcase the tower’s evolution through multimedia exhibits. Burj Azizi’s launch comes amid Dubai’s booming real estate market, which recorded 180,987 transactions worth AED 522.5 billion in 2024, a 36.5% increase in volume and 27.2% in value from the previous year. The city leads globally in skyscrapers, with 33 towers exceeding 300 meters.

“Projects like Burj Azizi happen once in a generation,” said Mirwais Azizi, founder of Azizi Developments, adding that the tower is a tribute to Dubai’s global prominence.
