The tower will house the world’s highest hotel lobby, nightclub, observation deck, restaurant and hotel room. Its design poses unique challenges due to its mix of functions and limited land area with engineers focusing on optimizing space for elevators, entrances and structural elements.
The design incorporates vertical glass blades, making the tower a striking addition to Dubai’s skyline. Its construction includes a deep foundation and advanced wind tunnel testing. The Burj Azizi aims to be more than just a skyscraper, serving as a lasting tribute to Dubai's innovation and architectural achievements.
