Aldar has launched its third residential community in Dubai, The Wilds, a nature-centric development along Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, opposite Global Village. Designed to integrate seamlessly with nature, the project will feature eco corridors, native plant life, and dedicated wildlife conservation efforts. Spanning 1,700 homes, The Wilds will include premium 5- and 6-bedroom mansions by renowned Lebanese architect Nabil Gholam. Prices start at Dh5.1 million for a 3-bedroom villa, while high-end options range from Dh10 million to Dh11 million.

The community will also feature an international school with outdoor learning spaces, a pond with duck houses, bird nests, and beekeeping zones. Formal sales begin on February 27 at the Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai. This marks Aldar’s third major Dubai project after The Haven and Athlon, all developed in partnership with Dubai Holding. With a prime location near Al Barari and a focus on sustainability, The Wilds aims to be Dubai’s most sought-after green development.
