After 18 years in Dubai’s real estate market, Elysian Developments has launched its first property project, Esmé Beach Residences, a AED 370 million beachfront development on Dubai Islands. Spanning 266,000 sq ft, the project features 109 luxury residences and 23,000 sq ft of amenities, including a rooftop lap pool, saunas, outdoor CrossFit zones, family pools, and purified water systems.
